I am passionate about empowering learners of all ages, by understanding the brain. With over 23 years of dedicated service in public education as a classroom teacher, literacy specialist, and tenured administrator; I have seen firsthand that intelligence is only one piece of the puzzle. Success in school, work, and relationships relies heavily on Executive Functioning. This is a core brain process that allow us to plan, organize, execute, and self-regulate.

As an educational leader holding a Doctorate in Administration and Supervision (Ed. D.) from St. John’s University, along with certifications in Literacy (K-12), and the Science of Reading, my approach bridges academic rigor with compassionate, individualized support.

I am also trained in the Seeing My Time® curriculum, a powerful, visual, 7 to 10 week evidence-based program designed to transform how individuals manage time, space, and tasks.
